HIGH LOAD PBB
45 mm plain bearing for high load applications such as backstay. Stainless cheeks and composite sheave with polymer plain bearing. Features a ø8 mm pin and a bushing for ø10 mm application.
This block is optimised for 4mm soft wires (7×19 strand) or 6mm Dyneema / Spectra core.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
• Stainless steel, electro polished cheeks, anodised aluminium sheave and polymer plain bearing bushing.
• Outer side plates to increase breaking load – but still optimising the weight.
• The sheave is V-shaped for wires.
• Light holes to reduce weight.
• Two polyamide washers on pin/bushing to reduce play between wire terminal and cheeks.
