Antal HS Guide System. On suunniteltu veneisiin jossa on läpilatta isopurje joihin kohdistuu suuria kuormia ja puristusta purjeen etuliikkiin. Järjestelmän alumiini vaunut sisältävät HS komposiittikuidun liukupinnat, jotka kulkevat mastoon asennetulla kiskolla. HS komposiittikuitu on uusi materiaali, joka on kulutusta kestävä sekä luistaa kevyesti eloksoidulla kiskolla. Materiaali on tehty erikoishartsista sekä vahvistettu kuidulla ja on itse voiteleva.

HS Guide System on tarjoaa mm. seuraavat edut :

HS komposiittikuidun pieni kitka mahdollistaa lyhyemmät vaunut kuin kuulalaakeroidut järjestelmät,

– Alhainen kitka ominaisuudet HS komposiittikuidun mahdollistaa lyhyemmät vaunut kuin kuulalaakeroidut järjestelmät , mikä madaltaa vaunu pinoa mastolla kun purje on alhaalla.
-Alemmat vaunut voidaan helposti poistaa kiskolta kun purje on reivattu, jotta halssikulma saadaan pidettyä lähellä puomia.

– Minimaalinen kitka kuormitettuna.

– Huoltovapaampi kuin kuulalaakeri mastokisko läpilattajärjestelmät.

– Vaunut voidaan helposti irrottaa ja asentaa uudelleen kiskolle, jos isoa purjetta vaihdetaan.

Full batten Antal tracks are realized both for HS systems, with fibre sliders, and for FB systems, with fibre plus ball bearing sliders. Available tracks dimensions are: 22×11, 24×16, 29×21 and 30×13. 22×11 track is designed specifically for HS systems, with fibre sliders. Track 24×16 is more versatile, as it accepts HS, FB sliders or even a combination of them both. The 29×11 track is for FB systems of large boats. Similarly, the 30×13 is the HS system track for large boats.

Full batten systems. Each track profile fits sliders designed only for that track. In particular, what identifies a Full batten system is the track profile and the length of the sliders. Antal Full batten systems are designed to rig boats up to 100’ both cruising and racing. Material and finishing. Antal Full batten tracks are in hard black anodized aluminum plus Teflon coated. Silver anodizing finishing is available only on request.

Length and holes distance. Antal produces tracks good for different kinds of installation: choose a track for slugs in case of masts with groove. Masts without a groove or wooden masts will require installation with screws or glue, being glue a good solution for tracks on a carbon mast. Hole distance. Available single and double hole distance, for the different demands of ease of installation and holding strength of the track. Length. Antal realizes 2 and 3 meters long tracks. Mainly depending on the position of the mast when the track will be installed, one chooses the short or the longer track length. A 3 meters long track is recommended if the mast is horizontal (non mounted masts), while the 2 meters long track is easier to install in case with vertical masts (mast already on the boat).

This is the smallest of Full batten tracks, yet it fits racing boats up to 60’, thanks to the high resistance and low friction of the HS22 sliders. A 3 meter long track is recommended if the mast is horizontal (non mounted masts), while the 2 meter long track is easier to install when masts are in the vertical position (mast already on the boat).
